Literally everytime you order you get told to park up. Even when it’s just two items I don’t get it. Then they don’t come out for like 20 mins after.
We waited 35 minutes went in to ask and they had forgotten us.. last 5 times we have had to park up for over 20 mins it’s a joke. Worth driving to skipton to get your food quicker by the time they bring it out

This is unfortunately my local mcdonald's. Ive experienced poor service and poor food quality multiple times and their drive through system doesn't run properly. On 3 occasions I've been waiting and being served in incorrect order, unfair system if employees cant run it. Staff have no polite or professional etiquette. It's a shame that maccys think they can get away with it 😕 yes the price may be cheap and 'cheerful' , but the inability to get the basics right is concerning, and its definitely not cheerful in my experience.

Very good food. The sausage was grilled nicely and the hash brown was nice and crispy. Service was very quick.
Had tablets for the kids to play on.
Toilets were a bit messy
